small tomato, seeded, chopped (3/4 cup)

cup purchased fat-free peppercorn ranch salad dressing

(6-inch) pita (pocket) breads, halved
Leaf lettuce

Directions

  1. 1 In medium bowl, combine broccoli, onions, tomato and salad dressing; mix well.
  2. 2 Line each pita bread half with lettuce. Fill each with about 2/3 cup salad mixture.
