I had the same problem as windsinger89, my grocery store didn't have the veggie blend the recipe calls for so I chose one without potatoes although I think any veggie/cheese blend would work well in this quiche. I make this quiche (or some version of it) a few times a month.

I ended up altering the recipe a bit because I couldn't find the exact vegetable blends the recipe requires, but the quiche still came out very well. My boyfriend was in heaven, and he begged me to make it again soon. Thanks Pillsbury!

Toally awesome. If my family had their way, I'd be making it several times a week.

This is everyone's favorite quiche. I make it for holiday mornings and other special occasions. I often make two at a time because it heats up great and is a hearty quick breakfast for workday mornings.

This was soo easy and my family loved it. Even my picky eater. I have made several times, even for Christmas company. I usually substitute the frozen veggies with broccoli only, then add cheddar cheese. And we love bacon, so we add 1 lb, 2 growing boys in sports like a hearty meal. This is perfect!!!

So easy and forgiving if you don't use the right ingredients. I used Asiago cheese mixed with mexican shredded cheese. Great results.
