Spent last night taste testing 4 different brunch type recipes for my daughters upcoming bridal brunch. This was hands down the favorite among the judges. It was simple to make, very tasty, and made for a beautiful presentation. I will definately be making this for her shower. We are going to make 3, one as the recipe is, then one with sausage, and the last with bacon. I have a feeling that this will become a breakfast staple in our home. Thanks for the recipe!

I love this recipe. It''s simple and yet looks very impressive. I decided to use the new larger cresent rolls so I used used 2 extra eggs. The directions for laying out the crescent rolls confused me. This is the way I did it and it turns out just like the picture. I lay my crescent triangles out like a compass. Placing them about 4" apart I point 1 north, south, east, and west. I then place 1/4 of the remaining triangles between the crescents pointing N&E, N&W, S&E, and S&w. It ends up looking like a sun with the rays pointing outward. I press the dough near the center of the ring together with my fingers and place the filling toward the center. I pull each point in toward the center and tuck them under. I turns out great!
