Brie, Lettuce and Tomato Salad

Ingredients

Dressing

Salad

cups packed arugula or mixed greens (about 5 oz)

medium tomatoes, sliced

oz brie cheese, cut into bite-size strips
  • 1 In small bowl, mix dressing ingredients with wire whisk.
  • 2 In large bowl, toss arugula with half of the dressing. Arrange sliced tomatoes on medium platter. Place arugula and brie around tomatoes; drizzle with remaining dressing. Serve immediately.
