large tortillas

mushroom slices

black olive slices

bag Jimmy Dean Sausage Breakfast Skillet
Handful shredded cheese

  • 1 Heat large skillet on medium heat until ready, use non-stick spray.
  • 2 Prepare three large eggs in skillet (over medium or scrambled eggs work well). Set aside.
  • 3 Empty 1/3 bag Jimmy Dean Sausage Breakfast Skillet into skillet and cook until thawed.
  • 4 Add mushroom slices, black olive slices, and shredded cheese. If eggs prepared scrambled, add eggs as well. Stir until mixed well and cheese is melted. Set aside.
  • 5 Place one tortilla on the skillet. Place eggs and other ingredients on tortilla. Place second tortilla on top.
  • 6 Cook until tortilla is lightly browned. Flip quesadilla over and brown other side.
  • 7 Cut into six pieces and serve.
