Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

eggs
1/2
package bacon
1
cup shredded cheddar cheese
2
tablespoons water

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 Press and roll two crescent s triangles together to make a square.
  • 3 Scramble 4 eggs.
  • 4 Fry bacon and crumble.
  • 5 Place 2 -3 tablespoons of scrambled eggs in center of each square.
  • 6 Top scrambled eggs with bacon and cheddar cheese.
  • 7 Pinch all four corners of the quare together and twist to make breakfast pocket.
  • 8 Mix egg and water together to make egg wash.
  • 9 Brush egg wash over each pocket.
  • 10 Bake for 12- 15 minutes or until goldent brown.

I liked this recipe The cresents made tnem a light brkfast sandwich. After I fried the bacon I sauteed some diced onion and green pepper in the bacon drippings and added to eggs. They also froze well to microwave at a later date.

These can be frozen and re-heated and make a great quick breakfast or lunch.
