Ingredients

1 - Pillsbury® Grands!® Flaky Layers Buttermilk Refrigerated Biscuits 16.3 oz (8 ct)
6 - eggs, beaten with 1/3 cup milk, salt & pepper to taste

slices precooked bacon, chooped
1
cup shredded cheddar or mozzerella or a 1/2 cup of each
1
cup any favorite leftover veggies (i.e. broccoli, mushrooms, spinach, cauliflower, etc)

  • 1 Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove biscuits from package. Separate and press into a 9 x 9 baking dish to form pizza
  • 2 Mix bacon and cheese and veggies into beaten eggs.
  • 3 Pour into pan over biscuit dough. Please in oven and bake 20 minutes or until eggs are set.

For a lower fat version use egg substitute, low-fat cheeses and turkey bacon. Can use breakfast sausage in place of or in addition to the bacon.
