This is a favorite of my daughter, she requests it every time she's home from college! I also use the real bacon bits in the salad dressing isle to make this a much easier recipe...very tasty and simple to make casserole.

I have made this several times and the family loves it! One tip is to use real bacon pieces (in the salad dressing aisle) instead of cooking it. I also use egg whites in the carton instead of using the whole egg. It's convenient & delicious!
