Breakfast Casserole

Great breaskfast casserole to make for brunch, has eggs, cheese, crescent rolls, breakfast meat and potatoes all combined together. Is delicious!

Fabulous recipe. Used maple flavored sausage for a hint of sweetness. Also used egg substitute mixed in with 8 (all I had in frig) whole eggs. Used parchment paper underneath 2nd crescent layer instead of top of counter. MUCH easier to move. This recipe is now a staple in my home!! thanks

If using ham make sure the ham is precooked ham...you don't want the ham to dry out. Also, you can mix the meats all together in the casserole if you want. You will need to cut up the bacon and ham into pieces after it is cooked
