Is this recipe made with frozen or canned biscuits? I thought canned but it says use one "package"

I made these to have a quick breakfast at work, I just ate my first one abd they are amazing! I reduced fat and calories by pulling the biscuit apart and only using half, I also used egg beaters and turkey breakfast sausage. SOOOO good I can hardly wait until tomorrow!! YUMMY!

This made a great last minute breakfast for my son's sleepover. It satisfies even the picky eaters. I actually used this idea to create my own breakfast cups -- I used crumbled bacon and no gravy and they were perfect, easy serve breakfast singles.

I switched it up tonight in order to use some leftover Christmas ham- simply use ham, eggs, and cheese in place of the sausage and gravy... add a side of home fries and some french toast sticks and you have a simple and satisfying meal :)

These were so easy and they were a hit for our Christmas brunch! My son-in-law has named them "Breakfast Sliders".

Alter recipe by adding your favorite breakfast meats, veggies, etc.
