Brown the pork chops well before adding the remaining ingredients. Browning adds flavor to the pan drippings and the resulting gravy.

Made this last night, but I used a small round pork roast that I cut into 3/4 inch slices and I used 1 tablespoon corn starch instead of the flour. Very good, will definately make it again.

I made it for the first time tonight. It was definitely a success! I enjoyed the distinct flavorings of the onion powder and spices within the gravy. The pork chops were amazing tender after pan searing and it was pretty simple to make.

Great Recipe. Ihave been making this recipe for several years. Great reviews even for the pickier eaters in the family.
