Super easy. Cook for full 12min or even add a minute or two, to avoid some undercooked noodles.

The flavors were good but the consistency leaves something to be desired...the bacon of course gets very soggy and the sauce mixture is very starchy because the pasta cooks in the broth/tomatoes. Added grated Parmesan which helped. Not a favorite.

Have not tried this recipe yet, but thought I would also addb broccoli to it for a full meal.

Are you suppose to drain the fat from the cooked bacon and then add the onion to simmer?

This recipe is so easy and delicious, too! I add some parmesan cheese at the end to add a little extra to it--yum!
