I would have liked the noodles to be a bit more tender. This was my first experience with bow tie pasta.

I forgot to say remove the bacon while cooking the other ingredients and crumble and sprinkle it on the top when ready to serve.

Here's a different way: Cook and drain the bacon all but 1 Tbsp.of the bacon grease. Cook the onion in the bacon grease. Add fresh or 1 one lb can diced tomatoes undrained, and one chicken bouillon cube. Optional: chop up a zucchini, about 1/2 inch dice, especially if you can find a Mexican zucchini, or two, or maybe add some peas or not. Cook and drain your pasta separately, and add to the mixture, sprinkle with a few hot pepper flakes if you wish. Add some parmesean cheese on top. See how you like it. Fast and yummy! You can use any kind of pasta you like, spaghetti is good, too!

This was very good, although I would have liked my pasta to be just a tad more tender. I think next time I will try vegetable broth. I will make this often.

My mother made this for us and called it the Depression dish. She said they ate alot of this during the depression. I make it for my family and they love it. We don't use the chix broth.

We loved this dish. I feel it should be a side dish with something else. Maybe a side of french bread to go with it as well. I added a tossed salad & strawberries, bananas & grapes. I would like to try sausage instead of bacon. Maybe give it a more fullness to it. It was very easy to make & will make this a regular in our household.

My family loved it! I served it as a side dish with hamburger patties as the main dish. It was quick, easy and economical. It will be a regular for us. Thanks, Pillsbury!

I just made this and loved it! I doubled it. Used a whole thing of chicken broth and a whole package of bacon. Topped with parm cheese. The noodles were just perfect!

This was delicious! It was very flavorful and easy! I would suggest adding a little extra chicken broth and cooking for a few minutes longer to avoid undercooked pasta.
