This recipe SHOULD HAVE WON THE GRAND PRIZE!I have made it so many times and ALWAYS get compliments. Too bad I wasn't one of the judges that year!!

I made this tonight and my family loved it! Didn't really know how the Alfredo was going to mix in with the Thai, but it was really good. I marinated the chicken in Hoissen sauce, added fresh grated ginger and some red pepper flakes. This is a very quick, easy and delicious meal.

This is one of my familys favorite meal. One person made a comment that this recipe has nothing "Thai" related. Well, how about the green onions, the peanut butter/peanuts, the lime, the chicken, the vegetables, the soy sauce, the curry? All of which I have seen used MANY Thai restaurants. Very easy to make and will impress your family.

Nothing of the ingredients suggests being Thai dish expecially Alfredo sauce.

This turned our amazing! It was a nice twist on Thai dishes. My friend throughly enjoyed it and asked to take some left-overs home with him.

I thought this was fabulous and very easy to prepare. I tweaked the recipe to accomodate my family...we leave out the coconut and green onions and I substitue soy nut butter for the peanut butter (peanut allergic son). It is one of my 5 year old''s favorite recipes. We have made it at least 50 times over the last few years.

I cannot even count how many times I''ve made this recipe. Our family just LOVES it!! I tried it right after the year''s winner and STILL could not understand how THIS recipe didn''t win the million dollars...it is absolutely that good! I will continue to make it for years to come!!
