This does remind me of Schlotzkys! What a great flavor combination--and it presents itself well, too!

This is sooo easy to make and so delicious. Even if you "think" you don't like olives, like I thought, believe you me, they make this dish!! If you've every heard of or eatin at "Schlotzkys" in Austin, Tx, was my first time, 20 yrs ago. This will turn out very close to that, just w/out the sourdough bread! But much simpler to put together. Finally something I can make at home that gives me that fabulous flavor!!! YUM, YUM, I promise, it's a huge hit, make 2 if you have more than 4 people, or big eaters!!! ENJOY, Rebecca from Tucson, AZ

YUM! I served this at a party and this was gone in under 10 minutes. It got many compliments too. Even my kids who don't usually like olives, liked this. I love this recipe because of it's versatility. It's great for an appetizer, snack, or light meal - if it lasts.
