Blueberry Pie Bites

Flaky crust and a blueberry filling have these four-ingredient mini treats making it to the top of the must-make list.

box Pillsbury™ refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
cup blueberry jam or preserves
cup vanilla creamy ready-to-spread frosting
tablespoon rainbow mix candy decors
  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper.
  • 2 Onto sheet of parchment paper, unroll pie crust. Spread jam over crust. Unroll remaining pie crust over jam-spread pie crust.
  • 3 Using pizza cutter, cut sandwiched pie crusts into 1x3/4-inch pieces. With fork, firmly press edges of each piece to seal. Place on cookie sheet.
  • 4 Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
  • 5 Meanwhile, in small microwavable bowl, microwave frosting on High 10 to 15 seconds or just until frosting is melted and can be stirred smooth.
  • 6 Transfer pie bites from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Drizzle melted frosting over hot pie bites. Sprinkle with candy decors. Cool completely, about 20 minutes, before serving.
