Blueberry Peaches ´n Cream Angel Food Dessert

This refreshing dessert is great for parties. It can be made the day before to give yourself time for last-minute details and relaxing before guests arrive.

Ingredients

(14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)

cup water

(3.4-oz.) pkg. instant banana or vanilla pudding mix

cup whipping cream, whipped

cups cubed angel food cake

(28-oz.) can sliced peaches in heavy syrup, well drained

cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and water. Add pudding mix; beat at low speed 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until thickened. Fold in whipped cream. Add angel food cake cubes; fold gently to combine. Spoon into ungreased 13x9-inch pan. Top evenly with peach slices. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving. Just before serving, sprinkle blueberries over top. Store in refrigerator.
