I made this recipe today. I found the directions with slicing the biscuit in half to be a little confusing. I sliced it and also cut it in two. They are very good, but you must use a large muffin pan. They are a bit time consuming.

I made this dessert yesterday and everyone loved them. I cut down on the sugar and the lemon flavour was great. I added vanilla to the cream cheese. I will make these again soon.

Good recipe and it didnt evem take that much time. I cheated and used canned bluberry pie filling. But it worked just the same. The only thing was that two table spoons of bluberry filling turned out to be a bit too much and ended up spilling on the sides a bit once I baked it. Also I found that my mixer was not working to make the steusel, it wasn't breaking the butter apart. I ended up doing it manualy with a metal wisk, much easier in the end.

I like this idea and also used the jumbo sized muffin pans. Just the right size to grab and go on the way to work or play. I made these to take on a road trip and they are alot neater and less expensive than a danish in some coffee shop.

I haven't made this yet but it looks and sounds really good. Doesn't seem like it would take a lot of time esp. since I dont' have to make the crust. I hate the prepacked and canned stuff.

Too much effort required for this one! Same result can be achieved so much faster... I used pie crust dough, ready made cheesecake mixture & can of blueberry pie filling. Being a working mom, I need QUICK desserts or they would never get any.

I hate to do this because I usually love the recipies form here, but I was not impressed by this one. I do a lot of baking and found this to be a bit of a pain. The buscuits were getting to warm while trying to flatten out and press into the muffin tins. I also used canned blueberries to save time and they were tasty but I do not believe they were worth the time. :(

This recipe is delicious, but I also find it better in a Jumbo muffin tin. Also, a shortcut is to use a can of blueberry pie filling. :-)

Substitute canned blueberry pie filling and omit lemon juice and lemon rind to make recipe easier and quicker!!

These tasted really good but mine did not look like the ones in the picture! =-) I used normal size muffin pans but I still had a problem fitting everything in. I had to put smaller amounts of the cream cheese mixture and the blueberry mixture in and it still overflowed a little bit. If I made it again, I would also increase the streusel topping. All in all, they did taste yummy! The hint of lemon was delicious!
