Liked this pizza. I love sweet and salty. The blue cheese really made this a hit for me.

Easy is the word! Whipped this up in no time, made no changes, and loved every bite. The cream cheese totally mellows out the blue cheese and the jam balances everything out perfectly. Great recipe!

This was so good and easy. I made for book club meeting and they loved them. I will make again.

To create an easier to eat appetizer, make individual tartlets by using a mini tartlet pan and using squares of the dough.

We had a Mother's Day brunch and I asked my brother-in-law and husband to make the appetizers. I picked out 2 Pillsbury recipes and gave them each one to make, I even made them shop for the ingredients. This turned out to be a "chef challenge" between them and they actully enjoyed doing this. The recipe was really easy, minimal ingredients and it tasted wodnerful. I love the sweet and salty aspect of the recipe. Best of all was the fact that my mother-in-law could not believe that her son made it all by himself.
