BLT Chicken Salad

A main dish salad ready in just 15 minutes! Featuring grilled chicken and bacon this fresh salad is packed with greens, cucumber, tomatoes and tossed in a flavorful dressing.

Ingredients

Salad

medium cucumber

(10-oz.) pkg. European or Italian salad greens

(9-oz.) pkg. refrigerated grilled chicken strips

slices precooked bacon, cut into pieces

medium tomato, cut into thin wedges

Dressing

1/2
cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

teaspoon sugar
2
teaspoons lemon juice
1
garlic clove, minced
  • 1 Shred half of cucumber; reserve. Slice remaining cucumber. In large bowl, combine sliced cucumber and all remaining salad ingredients.
  • 2 In small bowl, combine shredded cucumber and all dressing ingredients; mix well. Spoon dressing over salad; toss gently to coat.
