Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1 (10-oz.) pkg. European or Italian salad greens
  • 1 (9-oz.) pkg. refrigerated grilled chicken strips
  • 4 slices precooked bacon, cut into pieces
  • 1 medium tomato, cut into thin wedges

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced

Steps

    Shred half of cucumber; reserve. Slice remaining cucumber. In large bowl, combine sliced cucumber and all remaining salad ingredients.

    In small bowl, combine shredded cucumber and all dressing ingredients; mix well. Spoon dressing over salad; toss gently to coat.
