BLT and Swiss Sandwiches with Tomato Rémoulade

Ingredients

Rémoulade

cup mayonnaise

tablespoons Old El Paso™ Thick 'n Chunky Salsa

teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

teaspoon dill or sweet pickle relish

teaspoon Dijon mustard

Sandwiches

slices bacon

slices multi-grain bread, toasted

large leaves Bibb lettuce

slices tomato

(1-oz.) slices Swiss cheese

Directions

  1. 1 In medium bowl, combine all rémoulade sauce ingredients; blend well. Set aside.
  2. 2 Cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels; set aside.
  3. 3 Spread one side of each toasted slice of bread with rémoulade sauce. Top 4 bread slices with lettuce, tomato, cheese and bacon. Cover with remaining toasted bread slices, sauce side down.
