Hubby loved it. Careful on the lemon it can become overpowering if used too much.

To help with softening the cream cheese, stick it in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds and then you will only need to whip it with a fork or whisk. Makes the cheesecake filling warm and smooth.

This recipe has everything in it that I love and I am sure that anyone who tries it will love it'' The only reason I did not give it a 5 as a rating is the level of fat , which seems high, but lower fat cream cheese and light cream will solve that problem for some people. Mrs. L.
