This recipe has quickly become a favorite of all my friends and family. It is now my "assigned" dish to bring to cookouts and gatherings. I don't mind because it's super-easy to make, and it's delicious. I sometimes use frozen strawberries (thawed) if the fresh ones don't look great at the store. I also usually leave out the chocolate-- it's a rich dessert without it.

my husband and I made this for Mothers Day,May 11,08.everybody just loved it it was so easy to make i have to make another one next month when my cousin comes in from florida.thanks a bunch for this recipe.

This is an EXCELLENT recipe. The first time I made it was for Easter and it's been requested at every family get together since! Everyone loves it. I did however alter it just a tad..(to make it feel like my own, I guess). I made a graham cracker crust instead of pie crust. I know it's a LITTLE more effort but it tastes DELICIOUS!

If it could be rated higher I sure would. I took to work and I had them asking for more and to make for a birthday, which is in Nov. Try and find good strawberries then.It was the BEST!!! Duchess H.%0d%0a
