Black Beans and Greens

Side dish ready in 10 minutes! Serve these tangy black beans and salad greens dish flavored with lime juice.

teaspoon grated lime peel

tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

can (15 oz) black beans, drained, rinsed

cups mixed salad greens (about half of 10-oz bag)

medium tomato, cut into wedges

avocado, pitted, peeled and chopped (1/3 cup)
  • 1 In 1-cup measuring cup, mix dressing, lime peel, lime juice and cilantro.
  • 2 In large bowl, toss beans, salad greens and tomato. Stir in dressing mixture until salad is coated. Top with avocado.
