Just made this for the first time tonight for my husband and 3 yr old - we all loved it! My son loves black beans, so it was a hit with him! My husband told me that I had to put it away or he would eat more while he put it away himself! It was super easy to make and full of flavor! Can't wait to make it again!!

Yummy - my family loved this dish. I made it exactly like the recipe with meduim spiced enchilada sauce. My 8 year old, 17 year old and husband had two serving each..

Excellent recipe! Fairly quick to put together and very tasty. I made up my own taco seasoning and didn't have the goat cheese. I did have a Mexican mix cheese so I used this instead of the cheddar. My husband and I love it and he finished off the leftovers quickly.

I love this recipe! I have been making it for over a year now, and each time I add a little something else. Recently, my husband asked me to try it w/Ground Chicken instead of the beef...it's a great alternative if you're watching your "red meat" intake. Also, I add sweet kernel corn, and cilantro to the top of the casserole, it adds a great flavor!

This dish was great we love it. It was easy to make I serve it over shredded lettuce. A different twist on the traditional recipe. Thank you.

My husband, 2 children and I love Mexican entree''s. This was very pleasing and we all enjoyed it very much. I started fixing this dish about a month ago and my family has already requested it 3 times. Great dish...I will make over and over!
