Black Bean-Chorizo Dip

Ingredients

1/4
lb bulk chorizo sausage
1
clove garlic, finely chopped
1
can (19 oz) Progresso™ Vegetable Classics hearty black bean soup
1
can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles, if desired
2
tablespoons crema (Mexican-style cream) or sour cream
1/3
cup Cotija or fresco-style cheese, crumbled
2
tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
Tortilla chips, as desired

Directions

  1. 1 In 2-quart saucepan, cook sausage and garlic over medium heat, stirring frequently, until sausage is no longer pink. Stir in soup and chiles. Reduce heat to medium-low. Cook until hot, stirring occasionally.
  2. 2 Spoon dip into medium bowl; top with crema, cheese and cilantro. Serve with chips.
