Expert Tips

Cotija is a semi-hard cheese made from cow's milk. It tastes salty and is usually grated very finely to resemble bread crumbs.

For an extra-special touch, serve this dip in tortilla bowls. For directions on how to make tortilla bowls, search "tortilla bowls" on pillsbury.com.
