cups frozen whole kernel corn

(15-oz.) cans black beans, drained, rinsed

(14.5-oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained

(14 1/2-oz.) can ready-to-serve beef broth
1
teaspoon cumin
3
teaspoons chili powder

Directions

  1. 1 Spray nonstick Dutch oven or large saucepan with nonstick cooking spray. Add ground beef; cook over medium-high heat until browned. Drain beef on paper towels.
  2. 2 Return beef to Dutch oven. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 15 minutes to blend flavors.
