Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 oz each) Progresso™ black beans, drained, rinsed
  • 2 cans (14.5 oz each) Muir Glen™ fire roasted diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 can (11 oz) chipotle white corn, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce (from 7-oz can), chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

    In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time.

  • This salsa is great spooned over beef or fish tacos for an extra layer of flavor.
