Bittersweet Chocolate Sauce

cups whipping cream

cup powdered sugar

oz. semisweet chocolate, cut into pieces

oz. unsweetened chocolate, cut into pieces
1/2
teaspoon vanilla

(8-oz.) decorative jars

Directions

  1. 1 In medium saucepan, combine cream and powdered sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Stir in semisweet and unsweetened chocolate.
  2. 2 Reduce heat to low; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until mixture is smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Pour into jars; cover tightly. Serve warm or cool. Store in refrigerator.
