Really good. Like someone else, I paniced and added a little more butter but the sauce came out great after I got all the liquid stirred in. I used evaporated milk ilo half & half.

Great dish. The only thing is when you double the recipe, don't double the sausage. The one pound is perfect for this.

Made this tonight and my family loved it. I actually didn't get a bite of it at all. I am going to have to double the recipe next time.
