A very favorful, easy casserole dish. My husband and I both think it tastes like half taco and half pizza. We will be having this meal again.

This was a fanastic dish and very easy to make. I made some minor adjustments. 1. I added more hamburger about 1 1/4 lb. 2. I added taco seasoning to the hamburger. 3. I used salsa 15.5 oz instead of taco sauce (didn't have any). 4. I used a different brand of biscuits (Jumbo with 5 biscuits and tore those into small chunks.

This was great with the added ingredients already suggested. I added taco seasoning to the meat and a can of black beans. My family loved it!

I just made this for my family, and even my picky 6-year old loved it! I added taco seasoning when I cooked the ground beef, and omitted the mushrooms, as I am the only person in my family who like mushrooms. Next time I make it, I'm adding corn and black beans, as I bet that would be fabulous additions as well.

Old El Paso (mild)Enchilada sauce is the sauce I use in this recipe every time I make it..it has more flavor and more substance to it!!
