Another great recipe found online. Skipped adding the onion green pepper because I was using maple flavored sausage. Tasted great and so easy.

My family loves this recipe but it is quite fattening. So I use about 5-6 whole eggs then the rest egg whites. I also use the reduced fat biscuits and cheese made with 2% milk. You can''t even taste the diffence!! Next time I am going to try it with turkey sausage too.

This was a very hearty breakfast. It was very tasty, but heavy. I would recommend serving it with a sausage gravy. It was a little on the dry side so the gravy was nice. I served this at a ladies breakfast, and it didn''t seem to go over that well. A little to much for ladies that were calorie conscious.

I made this when we had company for the weekend because it could feed more than a regular pie crust quiche. My husband hates quiche and has always refused to eat it. But I made this recipe it was quick and easy and everybody raved about it. It was completely gone by the end of breakfast. I asked my husband to just try a bite and he liked it so much he went back for seconds!! He has asked me to make this dish several times since then. I didn''t put in the bell peppers but I put everything else and you can change the meats according to whatever you prefer. I Love This Recipe!

Growing up, my mom always called this the Big Country Breakfast. I beleive that''s what the biscuits were called at that time. It''s a breakfast that even our two picky eaters love! Mom always cooked in a pie tin but I''ve found it''s too much for the tin. Looking forward to trying it in the dish instead.

I made this for a breakfast brunch we were having at church. Everyone thought it was great. The whole thing was gone in less than 20 minutes! I also made it for my mom when she came home, and she thought it was great, and wanted the receipe. Thanks pillsbury!
