to reduce fat/cholesterol, I would suggest using a reduced fat or fat-free cheese, egg whites (or egg beaters) instead of whole eggs, turkey or chicken sausage and reduced fat biscuits.

any suggestions on making this in order to reduce the cholesterol content? 320mg is too much.

I made something like this the other day and topped it off with a country white gravy! Yum!

I made this for Christmas breakfast because I happened to have all the ingredients on hand. It was easy and judging by the number of requests for seconds, a hit. You can easily doctor it up with finely chopped veggies of your choice to make it extra healthy. This is a good recipe to feed many folks affordably and it was yummy to boot.

This was devoured by the fam.. definitely making again.. so quick & easy. I prepared as directed w/listed ingrediants & included 1 fresh diced roma tomato & 1 diced zucchini. I only used 6 eggs w/ 1/4cup milk. used 12x8 baking dish. Turned out very visually appealing.

Tasty dish. We do not care for green peppers so I put jalapenos in for an extra kick, We like things spicy. Very good! Also served it with a side of country gravy,

It turned out GREAT! I sprinkled my meat, veggies, and cubed cheese on the biscuits before i poured in the eggs. The only problem i had was that i did not seal in the dough properly, so i had some egg underneath my biscuits and toppings in some places. Other then that is was amazing just like the picture! :D

I made a low fat version of this and it was still yummy :) I used egg beaters, turkey sausage and low fat shredded cheese. There isn't a morsel left the family ate it all!!

I just made this for New Years Brunch! It was SOOOO easy! I did pull apart the layers of biscuits because I had read people said it was too "bready". I also whipped the eggs with a beater so they would be fluffy. I simply used sausage links (brown and serve). I looked as good as it tasted!!
