(12-oz.) pkg.breakfast sausage

cup chopped onion
1/4
cup chopped green bell pepper

eggs, beaten

cup (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

(16.3-oz.) can Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 375°F. In large skillet, brown sausage, onion and green pepper; drain well. Combine eggs, cheese and sausage mixture.
  2. 2 Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Press biscuits into bottom of 13x9x2-inch glass baking dish. Pour sausage mixture into biscuit-lined dish.
  3. 3 Bake at 375°F. for 30 to 35 minutes or until quiche is set and crust is deep golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
