I've actually been looking for this recipe. My mom used to make it when we were kids.. (with the basic biscuits they only had then). I think she had kidneybeans in hers though. I'm looking forward to making this.

Just made this last night...awesome!! My whole family loved it and it was so easy to make! I actually made two: one for my husband and me and one for my two children (they don't like onions or peppers). I used both American and Swiss for my husband and me and it really came out excellent. This is a winner!!

I made this and it was awesome. The only change I made to it was a little bit of brown sugar. I don't know what it is but brown sugar makes tomato dishes click. Try it!

I can't tell you how many times I made this casserole. Our family just loves it -- it is quick and easy and other than a salad to go with it your meal it ready in no time. One of our all-time favorites.

This was yummy and easy - my 2 picky little boys even ate it! I'll make this again on a busy (or lazy) night!

Real good and easy. Would add more bell pepper next time. It's a new comfort food!

Very good for a weeknight dinner. Ground chuck with bell pepper and onion with alot of gooie cheese. The biscuit makes it compleate. Easy to make, tastes great, whats not to like? This is male comfort food at it's best.

I love this one, easy to make, always delicious, fun to share. I also love to play around with the ingredients and try to add or take away each time. It always looks beautifull in a small stoneware baker, too.
