Berries and Cream Dessert Triangles

Almost too pretty to eat... but don't miss a bite of these impressive -- but easy -- fruit pizza wedges that get a head start with refrigerated cookie dough.

I made this recipe, and it was very good, the only problem is the crust is VERY HARD, and almost impossible to cut. What am I doing wrong? I triedless time cooking the cookie crust, but alas that didn't work either. I need advice on what I am doing wrong.

I made these for my moms bday party and they were a hit. Even my picky brother ate and loved them! My husband took the leftovers to his work and the guys at the fire department were raving about them. Farely easy to make too. I would definitely make them again.....well....my husband has already told me, I have to make them again. LOL =)

It seemed that two rolls of cookie dough was too much. Next time I'm going to try to make it using one roll in a 13x9 pan. Also, I think there's a typo where it says to use 1/4 and 1/4 of berry mixture. It should be 1/2 and 1/2. Excellent dessert!

Easy to make! I thought there was too much syrup for the fruit. It seemed to make the cream cheese layer soggy. Pieces are too big; would cut smaller if I made it again.

This was an easy recipe to make and so very light and tasty. It was a perfect summer recipe due to the fresh fruit, limited amount of baking, and the simplicity of the directions. I was also able to cut the dessert triangles and individually wrap them up for a day hike in the mountains and they travelled well. We will make this again, but I would recommend that the strawberry triangles be eaten within a day of making as the strawberries get soft after that. The blueberries hold up better than the strawberries do.

I've used this recipe several times and each time I made a variation of the main theme......different fruit, different patterns and all fruit mixed together. Guests have raved about this recipe and I'm "cooking challenged"! Go for it!

This dessert was very easy to make. Next time, I would not use two packages of refrigerated cookie dough - maybe one and a half. The crust was a little to thick. A thinner cookie would taste better.
