1-2
lbs boneless pork short ribs
Cumin to taste (1-3 teaspoons)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

can beer

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make sure your ribs are quite dry, dry with a paper towel if necessary. Rub them with the salt & spices. Put them in a baking dish.
  • 2 Pour the beer around the ribs into the pan but not actually on the ribs. Cover with aluminum foil.
  • 3 Bake 20-30 minutes remove foil check for doneness and baste with the beer sauce that is forming. It should cook for at least 10 more minutes without the foil so the beer sauce will get a little thicker by evaporation and develop more mixed blended flavors and penetrate the ribs a little more.
