Ingredients

lb boneless beef round steak, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

large onion, coarsely chopped (1 cup)

cups Green Giant™ Steamers™ frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
2
cans (14.5 oz each) diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained
1
can (15 oz) Progresso™ black beans, drained, rinsed
1
can (15 oz) Progresso™ dark red kidney beans, drained, rinsed
1
package (1 oz) Old El Paso™ chili seasoning mix

cups water
3/4
cup shredded Cheddar cheese (3 oz)
2
tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

  1. 1 Spray 12-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add beef and onion; cook 7 to 9 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain.
  2. 2 Spray 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix beef mixture and remaining ingredients except cheese and cilantro in cooker.
  3. 3 Cover; cook on Low heat setting 7 to 9 hours. Top individual servings with cheese and cilantro.
