Super easy and extremely tasty. Both husband and I enjoy these thoroughly. I recommend cutting recipe in half for two. I also fold the biscuit entirely over the filling so I have a "hand held" dish especially good during football games. I normally don't tope them with salsa, etc. Great tasty dinner that I usually serve with spanish rice.

super yummy and easy to make! mine kept popping though, but even in the "open face" style, they were soft and delicious! i didn't have salsa or tomato sauce so i used jalapeno juice.

I love trying new things.....when I received your email with this one, I thought...someday. Cinco de Mayo was yesterday, and what better time. My hubby is a bit fussy... so had my doubts....he loved them! Said he likes them better than tacos! Now it's in my file of "to do's" again. Had a neighbor over and she wanted the recipe!!

I made this one evening, because it was a quick and interesting meal, and my husband LOVED it. He grew up in Texas and is a Mexican food freak. I was shocked, it was so easy and I was a bit concerned about how he would like the biscuit fold over. Since then I have made it for other members of our family and everyone likes it.
