cup uncooked instant white rice

lb. extra-lean ground beef

small onion, sliced

cups Green Giant™ SELECT® frozen broccoli florets, thawed

red bell pepper, cut into thin bite-sized strips

tablespoons purchased stir-fry sauce

tablespoons water
1/2
teaspoon grated gingerroot

Directions

  1. 1 Cook rice in 1 cup water as directed on package.
  2. 2 Meanwhile, in medium nonstick skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.
  3. 3 Add all remaining ingredients; cover and cook 4 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Serve vegetable mixture over rice.
