  • 1 Brown ground beef in large skillet until thoroughly cooked. Drain.
  • 2 Stir in all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until noodles are of desired doneness, stirring occasionally.

My husband loved this and so did I, because it was so fast and easy! I added fresh grape tomatoes, and used Rotel instead of Old El Paso, and also added cayenne pepper. We have decided to call it Mexican Spaghetti!
