Yes, we loved it! 1st time I've ever used enchilada sauce and I'll definitely make this again. Loved the corn in this too.

This was great... Left off the bell peppers since kids aren't big fans but they loved it. It was simple to make and a nice change for a ground beef dinner. Will definitely make again and again!

I am assuming you dont add the 3 flour tortillas on top of the meat mixture - should you put a tortilla on the bottom and then the meat mixture and follow it up?

The hamburger that we have is in 1 1/2 lb pkgs. So I used 2 cans of tomatoes with chilis. For the cheese I used cheddar and pepper jack. I forgot to put in the enchilada sauce so I put the sauce over the top . I had to use a 9x13 pan. It was so wonderful. Can't wait to make it again.

I thru some black beans and salsa into the beef mixture. Turned out good. I would make it again.

Excellent. I also used Rotel instead of tomatoes. Very good recipe, and easy. And, if there's leftovers, it reheats well.

When I was six we lived in Albuquerque. On occasion we went to a restaurant downtown called "La Placita". They offered 'stacked' or 'rolled' enchiladas. It's not even near the place it was. Don't bother stopping thee.

This is AWESOME!! Not only does it look good, it tastes wonderful. I added some refried beans and hot sauce to it the second time and couldn't have been happier.

This was really good! I used a can of Rotel tomatoes to spice it up a bit and fajita seasoning instead of taco. Will make again!

This is a really great recipe! Very easy to make and tastes really good. The only thing I will change next time is maybe a spicier enchilada sauce or taco seasoning to give it an extra kick. Love the sour cream and onions on top. (I also added shredded lettuce and cilantro.) This one is a keeper.
