Excellent recipe! The meat is so tender when it comes out from the oven and has very good flavor. I have yet to use the red wine, I use tomato juice instead. I suggested the recipe to my parents and they love it too!

I have very picky eaters in my family. I made this last night for dinner and it was a huge success! All 4 of us really liked it, not one complaint. It was easy to make and it took exactly 1 hour and 20 minutes from start to finish. (I used the tomato juice instead of the red wine as it suggested and it was very good.) I was hoping there would be leftovers for dinner tonight. There wern't enough for that to happen. Give it a try, I'm sure you'll like it!
