Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Place biscuits on cookie sheet. In small bowl, beat egg and water; brush over tops of 4 biscuits and sprinkle with sesame seed. Repeat with remaining biscuits, 4 at a time. Bake biscuits as directed on bag; cool slightly, about 5 minutes.
  • 2 In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook bacon over medium high heat about 5 to 7 minutes or until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet; add onion and cook 1 to 2 minutes or until tender. Remove from skillet; discard bacon drippings. Crumble bacon.
  • 3 In medium bowl, combine beef, bacon, onion, Worcestershire sauce and pepper; mix well. Shape into 14 small patties, about 2 1/4-inches in diameter.
  • 4 In same skillet, cook patties over medium-high heat 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, or until meat thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 160°F.
  • 5 Split biscuits horizontally. Top each biscuit bottom with patty, cheese slice, tomato and biscuit top. Serve with additional condiments as desired.

Expert Tips

Pile sliders in a pyramid formation on a serving platter. Stick a toothpick through a jalapeño and stick through each sandwich for garnish.

Want your sliders with a little kick? Try Monterey Jack with jalapeno peppers to create a new taste sensation.
