My kids love this recipe, I can put anything in it, meat, veggies and they will eat it. The kids are impressed to get their very own lasagna, doesn't take much to please a kid. Thanks for the recipe!

I've made this recipe twice and we love it. It is very easy and convenient to make. I have 4 in my freezer right now just waiting for a night when I need something in a hurry that is delicious and quick to heat up. They are frozen in vacuum bags so they will be fresh as the day I made them. Judy

My husband and I made this recipe for our Sunday dinner. It is fantastic. I couldn't believe it was so tasty. I would recommend this to anyone who loves lasagna or any pasta meals. This recipe will be used again and again.

I made this again tonight but i doubled everything and i used canneloni pasta instead of lasagna. I mixed everything together and stuffed the pasta. It tasted the same which is great and i had alot leftover.

I had to write back again. I''ve made this recipe 3 times since i 1st made it. I just had to let you know that for a variety instead of lasagna noodles rolled up, i mixed everything together and stuffed them in canneloni noodles and it was great also. This time i made the lasagna roll ups but i tripled the recipe and with the leftover stuffing i am going to boil whatever pasta i have this week and add the stuffing to it and bake it in the oven for the same amount of time as the roll ups. I''m sure it will taste just as good. Just some ideas for those that want to mix it up a little. Thumbs up for this recipe. I omitted the spinach in all my recipes.

This turned out pretty good. I froze two of the rolls for a future dinner and ate two tonite. Instead of ''cooking for one'', I find myself just cooking, and then portioning for future meals. Bless the inventor of the freezer!
