Substitute any green vegetable for the spinach to change this recipe.

If you're counting carbs like my husband and I, you can use the Dreamfield's Lasagna noodles (5g/serving). Process fresh tomatoes with spices for your sauce and use potassium salt to lower sodium. Great recipe.

Great recipe, we love it. Made several and froze for future dinners. I left out the egg, no need for it, perfect recipe for 2 people. Thanks

It sounds good but it's too high in sodium, carbs and fat. Definitely a heart attack waiting to happen.

My husband and I LOVE this recipe. Have been using it for years. I usually add a couple extra noodles (never have bought frozen - always boil my own) and there's still plenty of fillings to go around. It's easy to add/subtract ingredients as desired. Love to add a can of mushrooms to the sauce! This is a requested favorite!

I took the idea of this recipe and kind of went my own way with it. Couldn't find frozen lasagna noodles to save my life. boiled them the old fashioned way. Also skipped the egg white and added a few sauteed carrots and mushrooms. And last, I never use jarred sauce. A can of crushed tomatoes w/ a bit of Italian seasoning and pepper works perfect (and is 50% of the price). This recipe is a good jumping-off-point for your own creation!

Fantastic! It's sometimes scarry to try new different things., but my husband loved it. Also making lasagna the long drawn out way doesn't comapre to the ease of making this. Now I won't beafraid to try more recipes for two.

This is so easy and great for single people. You don't have to eat the same thing all week...or end up with molded stuff in the refrigerator.

Tried this for myself and BF on monday and it was yummy! Recipe is well written, no need to adjust amounts listed unless making more than 4 rolls. I couldn't find the pre-made noodles this time around so I just boiled 4 while I was prepping everything else. I'm doing weight watchers to maintain my recently attained weight loss goal, and, making a couple small changes (used fat-free ricotta and 2% milk mozzarella) and this is really a sensible meal! Still delicious of course. Remember the nutrition info is for 2 lasagna rolls. Thats a lot of food! I enjoyed eating all of mine, but BF had to save his 2nd roll for later. I loved this, the ingredients are simple and no extra oil is added along the way. I'm definitely making this again.
