cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

cloves garlic, finely chopped

Old El Paso™ flour tortillas for burritos (from 11.5-oz package)

cup fresh spinach

lb thinly sliced deli roast beef

slices (3/4 oz each) provolone cheese

medium tomato, thinly sliced

toothpicks

Directions

  1. 1 Mix mayonnaise and garlic in small bowl. Spread mixture evenly over tortillas.
  2. 2 Top tortillas with layers of spinach, beef, cheese and tomato; roll up tightly. Cut each tortilla into 12 pieces; secure with toothpicks. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until serving.
