Very tasty recipe! I made this for dinner and my fiance kept going back for more. The only problem I had was the potatoes and onions - it calls for a 20 oz bag of refrigerated diced potatoes and onions - I couldn't find anything fitting that description in the store. I boiled some potatoes, diced them, and cooked them on the stove top with the onions. They ended up being pretty mushy, but still tasted good.
